Ute-Christine Klehe chairs the team of Work and Organizational Psychology at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen (Germany). Her research addresses career self-management and career transitions, particularly when faced with economic stressors, as well as personnel selection and performance. It has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and others.

Edwin A. J. van Hooft

Edwin A. J. van Hooft is an Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. His research interests include motivation and self-regulation (procrastination, goal orientation, intention-behavior consistency), job search behavior, job loss, reemployment, recruitment, and assessment.
