Abstract and Keywords

The challenge of evaluating the impact of leadership development is significant, and practitioners and researchers alike attempt to address this challenge through the use of multiple approaches and methods. This chapter explores existing frameworks for evaluating leadership development and proposes a more comprehensive framework. It will then describe a variety of methods that can be used to effectively evaluate leadership development at multiple levels in alignment with this framework.
