Abstract and Keywords

This article discusses burials and the burial practices during the Bronze Age. It examines the state of research on the study of burials and then considers the overall trends in burial custom. The article discusses the issue of the identity of buried individuals in relation to burial analysis. It then studies the event dimension of burials and burial clusters or communities, which generally accumulate over time. The article concludes with a section on the setting of the burials, or how the burials were experienced in the landscape.
