Abstract and Keywords

This article focuses on different perspectives on electoral behaviour. Most of the article is spent identifying possible future trends in comparative research on electoral behaviour. The growth of comparative research is shown to reflect a number of different factors, namely: the spread of democracy around the world, the increasing availability of good quality data, and the emergence of real-world phenomena.
