Abstract and Keywords

Multilevel and data aggregation issues in research on organizational climate and culture are discussed. An overview of the conceptual frameworks and related methodological issues concerning multilevel research and aggregation is presented and their relevance to the study of climate and culture is highlighted. Several emerging issues and future directions to advance the conceptual and methodological bases for organizational climate and culture research are explicated in terms of construct roles, strength, dimensionality, and dynamics.
