Before you submit your article

The purpose of these instructions is to clarify your responsibilities as author. Please read and follow them carefully. The Publisher reserves the right to return manuscripts that are not prepared in accordance with these instructions.
Work submitted for publication must be original, previously unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
