Paul du Gay is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Warwick Business School and Adjunct Professor of Organization Studies at Copenhagen Business School. He was formerly Professor of Sociology and Organization Studies and a Director of the Centre for Citizenship, Identities, and Governance (CCIG) at the Open University.
