Ewald Engelen


Ewald Engelen is currently cross-posted as researcher at the Scientific Council for Policy Research in the Hague and is affiliated with the Department of Geography, Planning and International Studies of the University of Amsterdam. Trained as a political philosopher with an empirical slant he has written extensively on economic issues. His articles have appeared in journals such as the Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, Economy and Society, Politics and Society, and Environment and Planning A. He is currently preparing a multidisciplinary research program on the Amsterdam financial services in a global context.
