Steven Sass


Steven Sass is Associate Director for Research at the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College. Before coming to Boston College he was an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Sass is the author of The Promise of Private Pensions (Harvard University Press, 1997) and co-edited Social Security Reform: Links to Saving, Investment, and Growth (Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, 1997). He is currently working on the reform of national retirement income systems, the labor market for older workers, and housing as a retirement income asset.
