Stanley Deetz (Ph.D., Ohio University) is Director of Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Colorado. He has written several books on corporate relations to society, organizational communication, and micropractices of power. He was a Senior Fulbright Scholar and is a National Communication Association Distinguished Scholar.

Timothy Kuhn is an Associate Professor, University of Colorado and holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Arizona State University. His research centers on understanding firms—particularly knowledge-intensive firms—as complex discursive systems, a conceptual move that directs his attention to processes of corporate governance, knowledge development, and personal identity construction. His research has appeared in a variety of outlets, including Organization Studies, Management Communication Quarterly, and Communication Monographs.
